What they needed / what we provided:
  • To provide technical assistance and management of their User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase for the global roll-out of incident management software
  • This included taking the functional specification and creating a test strategy & plan, defining the test scenarios and cases, then agreeing the acceptance criteria with a team that was based globally.
  • Testing was carried out globally with real/live data and spanned across; functionality, data quality, reports, interfaces and performance.
  • The assignment reached very diverse parts of the organisation (retail, supply and manufacturing, sales).
  • The system had to meet all their demands (in addition to other stakeholders as part of their parent company).
  • Our expert was able to steer the client (and their stakeholders) in a direction that would leave the users and team satisfied with the end solution.
"...you've been an extremely valuable team member on the FIM implementation project. Your dedication and skill level were a good example of putting the right people on a task."
