What they needed / what we provided:
- Enabled an Internet Service Provider offering ADSL to customers a method for online signup and rebilling for its customers each month depending on their chosen package during signup.
- The solution was to build a signup form for the customers as well as giving them the ability to view the past invoices via a username and password issued during signup.
- The customer's credit card details were taken and verified at the end of the initial signup process.
- The staff were able to see an overview of which accounts had unpaid bills as well as the weekly and monthly incomings from their ADSL customers.
- Some of the challenges faced were ensuring PCI compliance, which was achieved.
